Returns and Exchange
We want you to be completely happy with your Fox & Horn purchase. If there is something you are not fully satisfied with please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive your parcel. We’ll gladly offer a refund of any, unworn full priced item within 14 days of purchase. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
All items will be assessed before the refund is processed. We will not accept any returns or exchanges that are not returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging.
Please send us an email at email@example.com before returning your product. This is essential for all returns. Please note if you purchased with Afterpay, as there is a separate process for refunds and returns.
We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty or you receive an incorrect order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges in all other circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
